Candidates must demonstrate competence in both underpinning knowledge and practical assessment. On successful completion of the course you will receive a Statement of Attainment from:

Refund Cancellation Policy
1.Cancellations can be made by phone, fax, mail, and e-mail or in person.
2.If a cancellation is received 3 or more working days prior to course commencement, the full amount will be refunded.
3.If no cancellation is received at least 3 working days prior to course commencement, full course cost will be charged.
4.Transport Forum WA reserves the right to cancel any course if insufficient bookings are received. Should this occur, those who registered will be informed and their course fees refunded in full or credited to the next scheduled course.
